• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to check the status and expected delivery date of your package.

4. International Shipping

We currently  offer international shipping. For international orders, please note that additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shop Studio Iris is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Shop Studio Iris is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
